Shipments valued under $800 will no longer qualify for de minimis treatment. Under this suspension, all non-postal shipments must be processed by a customs broker. All goods are subject to all admissibility requirements and applicable duties. CBP has updated their FAQs to clarify postal vs. non-postal shipments and duty calculations.
